Technology Overview

One of the major hurdles of the bispecific antibody field is the ability to easily and efficiently manufacture different antibody conjugates. The Tsourkas lab has developed novel methods to address this increasing need for quick and inexpensive bispecifics synthesis by enabling the conjugation of existing native antibodies in a site-specific, rapid and inexpensive manner.  This platform allows for a large array of bispecific antibodies to be efficiently generated within one workday. The flexibility of the conjugation methods enables the researcher to synthesize multiple complexes easily and test for efficacy.

• Highly efficient covalent conjugation (>90 %)

• Inexpensive, rapid synthesis (approximately one day start to finish)

• Flexible platform, allowing for “plug and play” conjugation of antibodies of interest
