Description:
Monoclonal (IgG1)

Clone: 3G6
Applications: ELISA, ICC, IP, WB
Species Reactivity: Human, Monkey, Mouse
Alternative Names: hnRNP-U
Immunogen: Cross-linked RNPs were isolated from HeLa cells by nuclease digestion of poly(A) purified material. RNPs in complete Freund adjuvant was injected i.p. in BALB/c mice. Hybridomas were made from the spleens after a booster and an i.v. injection.
