Immunogen:
Cross-linked RNPs were isolated from HeLa cells by nuclease digestion of poly(A) purified material. RNPs in complete Freund adjuvant was injected i.p. in BALB/c mice. Hybridomas were made from the spleens after a booster and an i.v. injection.
