Immunogen: Recombinant PABP (Human) expressed from its 1.85 kbp cDNA, NcoI to SspI was purified and dialyzed against H2O. The insoluble protein was freeze- dried, emulsified in complete Freud's adjuvant, and injected i.p. in female BALB/c mice.
